OurCity2030 Employers’ Forum
Building on the success of the OurCity2030 Employers’ Forums in 2023, we are delighted to announce the next OurCity2030 Employers’ Forum on 18th September 5.15pm-8.15pm. Taking place at Novotel Bristol Centre, the Forum provides an opportunity for businesses and professionals to come together and connect, learn about inclusion and social value practices.
At this Forum, we will hear what we have learnt from the OurCity2030 Pathways Programme to date, from employers and young people who have taken part.

Designed as part of the OurCity2030 initiative, the Employers’ Forum aims to create an engaging and safe space to share and learn about engaging and recruiting diverse talent, social value agendas, and strategies for inclusion. At the event, we will deliberate together over the challenges and solutions within the workplace with panellists; hear young people’s insights as well as garner meaningful collaborations through networking.
The OurCity2030 initiative, working closely with community, education and employer partners, has an ambitious aim to support over 2,030 young people from low-income households in Bristol into sustainable jobs earning median salary by 2030 – and we believe that through our networks we have the power to make it happen.
Tickets are limited and are issued on first-come first-serve basis. We look forward to welcoming you as we work together to deliver improved outcomes for Bristol’s underrepresented young people.
