Babbasa are delighted to offer six bursary places on Aardman Academy‘s prestigious Stop Motion One Animation course, in partnership with Netflix.

These bursary placements will enable young people from under-represented backgrounds based in Bristol to develop skills from top industry professionals.

“It’s incredibly important to us all at the Aardman Academy that the training, support and courses we offer are available to as many people as possible. The ability to grow your skills and learn from the best animators in the world shouldn’t only be available to those who have the funds to pay for it. Our new regional bursary offered with the support of Netlfix allows us to provide even more opportunities to those that may not have been able to join us any other way.”
– Mark Simon Hewis, Head of the Aardman Academy

Aardman will be joining us on Monday 11th April for a ‘Spotlight’ session where interested young people can hear more about the course and ask Aardman Academy any questions they have.

Applications close April 25th.
