Training and Inclusion Manager

The Training & Inclusion Manager will provide training and advisory support to enable Babbasa’s employer clients to understand how to achieve a diverse and inclusive work environment for all to thrive. This will include cultivating long term relationships with clients to find solutions for existing and potential diversity and inclusion challenges. A significant early part of this role will be working in a partnership team of 4 trainers and at least 8 Lived Experience Facilitators to deliver a pioneering and innovative inclusion and diversity learning programme to Avon & Somerset Constabulary frontline officers and staff. Hours: P/T at least 18.5 hours pw (must be available to work on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays) or potentially available up to F/T 35 hours per week

Salary: £27,300 per annum (pro-rata)

Start Date: 01/09/21

Contract: Fixed-term 12 months, 1 September 2021 – 31 March 2022. As the role-holder will be expected to work on a contract with the Police and have some access to confidential police information, the contract is subject to successful completion of a basic police vetting check.
