About the Role
You will be conducting research within one of their creative sectors, identifying and engaging with potential clients to develop relationships and create accounts with a variety of creative design practices. You will also be headhunting and networking in order to interview potential candidates to identify the most suitable talent to introduce to your clients in order to solve their recruitment needs.
You will also be responsible for:
- Managing the recruitment process
- Winning new business
- Qualifying suitable candidates
- Pitching potential job offers
- Writing & advertising job opportunities
- Arranging Interviews
- Developing yours (and mustard’s) network
- Negotiating terms of agreements and offers
GCSE in both Maths and English – essential
Ideally have excellent face-to-face and telephone communication skills.

Flexible Working Hours
Basic salary up to £20,000 (dependent on experience)
Year 1 OTE £25,000 – £30,000
Year 2 OTE £50,000+
