Mustard is an established recruiting company operating in the creative sector. They are a team of circa 40 people who are great fun to be around and are passionate about providing a platform for people to take their careers forwards.
About the Role
They are looking for someone to help them project their positive work culture into their social media platforms and present Mustard Jobs in the best possible light. Added to this, the person in the role will assist the current marketing lead and external agency in the other marketing tasks active across the business.
- There are many purposes for their social media channels:
- Drive Candidates for internal recruitment
- Share Mustard’s successes with the staff
- Present the business as a thought leader and industry expert
- Advertise jobs and drive candidates to the business
- Create a clear service offering for our divisions so clients use us for their recruitment needs
- Increase the number of followers
- Make the staff feel good about the business they work for
The social channels you will be working on:
This role is based out of the central Bristol office and could either be part or full time or an internship depending on the candidates needs and experience.
Mustard Jobs are looking for someone to take the processes they already have in place and create a nice, clear strategy, control the output and pull together the creative so that the volume of posts is high and of good quality.
Role: Social Media and Marketing Executive
Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 , dependant on experience and whether part or full time
