An opportunity to bring together youth snd education practitioners to delivery OurCity2030 mission

We are pleased to announce our fourth Youth Practitioners’ and Educators’ Forum event on Wednesday 20 November, 17:30pm-19:30pm, hosted in partnership with City of Bristol College.

This is an opportunity for youth practitioners and educators working in the community to come together and connect with other key stakeholders across South Bristol to help shape and implement the OurCity2030 strategic vision.

Join us online for stimulating workshops and a panel with our guest speakers Char Smith (Support Programme Lead, Babbasa), Clayton Planter (Founder of Street2Boardroom), Moyah (Creative Director) and Jasualla Khan (Babbasa Trailblazer and City of Bristol College student).

Want to stay engaged with us ahead of our next forum?:

  1. Register as a community partner
  2. Share our details with someone you think that would also benefit from working with us

Further information: The Forum designed to connect youth organisations, education providers, learning clubs and social mobility agencies, crucially aims to create an engaging and safe space to learn about inclusion from our key speakers and to deliberate together over the challenges and solutions within community delivery, as well as garner meaningful collaborations through networking.

Bristol’s One City Office and Babbasa, working closely with community, education and employer partners, have an ambitious aim to support 2,030 young people from low-income households in Bristol into sustainable jobs earning median salary by 2030 – and we believe that through our networks we have the power to make it happen.
