Full time role
Do you feel unique or different? Do you want to work in an organisation that values and respects you irrespective of where you come from, or whatever the colour of your skin, or whatever your gender, religion, education or sexual orientation? Do you want to put your skills and efforts to a mission that seeks to inspire and support young people from ethnically diverse and disadvantaged communities to pursue their professional ambitions?
If so, we invite you to apply, even if you don’t have all the experiences listed.
The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the ongoing growth of BRIS, providing value for clients and generating revenue for Babbasa. Your role will be to take this service out to the wider Bristol market and secure opportunities for all our young people who are looking for permanent work and manage the recruitment processes, whilst also promoting and securing interest in our other services.
Babbasa is an award-winning, Bristol-based, social enterprise with a vision to create a world where all people are inspired and able to realise their employment and enterprise ambitions, irrespective of where they live, their nationality, ethnicity, gender, race, sexuality or faith. Babbasa realises its mission through its subsidiary enterprises including Babbasa’s Youth Empowerment Programmes and Recruitment & Inclusion Services (BRIS) and our core values of Imagination, Determination and Kindness.
