Become an Equal Opportunity Ambassador

Are you a professional interested in supporting Babbasa?

The Babbasa Equal Opportunity Ambassador (EOA) Network is a group of like-minded and values-driven professionals helping to create a more inclusive and fairer society by supporting ethnic minority and low-income young people in Bristol (a city ranked 7th worst out of 348 districts across England and Wales for black and minority ethnic groups to live and thrive)  with their career aspirations .

To express an interest in becoming a Babbasa Equal Opportunity Ambassador, please complete this short expression of interest form We will then assess your application to see if your background and experience is a good match with the interests and needs of our young people, and if so, you will be invited to the next EOA quarterly induction session.

We believe in unlocking the potential of every young person, irrespective of their race or socioeconomic background. Through personalised support programs tailored to their needs and aspirations, we aim to cultivate their talents, fostering individuals who can contribute significantly to society and serve as role models for future generations.
