Ways To Support Young People
Become an Equal Opportunity Ambassador
Are you a professional interested in supporting Babbasa?
The Babbasa Equal Opportunity Ambassador (EOA) Network is a group of like-minded and values-driven professionals helping to create a more inclusive society by supporting ethnic minority and low-income young people in Bristol.
Talent exists everywhere, but sometimes it needs support to connect with opportunity. As an EOA you will work within a supported and flexible framework that allows you, through a number of different challenges, help realise the career ambitions of the young people Babbasa supports. It is a positive means for engagement and plays an important role in improving diversity in the workplace and social inclusion in wider society, while giving young people increased confidence and the opportunity to build relationships with professionals in their chosen sector.
You can learn more about the role in our Equal Opportunity Ambassador deck (PDF file).
You can also see answers to commonly asked questions in our FAQ.
