Our Trailblazer Programme will equip you with leadership skills and a network of inspiring young people and industry leaders who want to make a change and tackle today’s social justice issues.
Eligibility
Who’s It For?
Young people aged 16-30 who:
- Have completed one our Core Programmes: Leadership & Mentoring, Placement & Recruitment, or Support.
- Are based in Bristol
- Can commit to monthly check-ins
Activity
What Type Of Support Do I Get?
Structured support with:
- Access to leadership roles and professional opportunities.
- Participation in a social action project.
- 1:1 mentoring and small group mentoring with staff members.
- Networking opportunities with professionals from a range of industries.
- Peer mentoring support from a supportive community of young people.

- Refer a friend or young person who might need support.
