Bursaries availale for aspiring lawyers

FirstGens have teamed up with global law firm A&O Shearman to offer six £15,000 bursaries to first-generation students studying law or aspiring to become lawyers.

  • Six bursaries of £15,000 each, awarded over three years of study
  • Provided as maintenance funding rather than a contribution towards tuition fees
  • Aimed at first-generation students from low-income backgrounds
  • Open to: Students interested in studying law or a non law subject and curious about a career in law, AAB at A level (136 UCAS points), or an equivalent qualification; or
    the required upReach REALrating of AAB, Identify as being from a low socio-economic background .
