On 10th September, Babbasa held an insight day hosted collaboratively by LAH Property Marketing, Bidvest Noonan, Savills, Bellrock Group, Churchill Services, and Legal & General.
The day saw a group of underrepresented young people engage in a fun, interactive and enlightening day demystifying the commercial property management sector, and followed on from another successful Insight Day on this topic in September 2024.
The group saw two commercial office buildings and heard from: Asset Management (managing the landlord’s investment to make money), Front of House (why reception and customer service is so important), Property Management (What it takes to ensure the smooth running of a building inc. health & safety and compliance), Security (crucial to keep the building safe), and Cleaning (the all important role in helping to create an attractive working environment).
Michelle Pretty, Regional Director at LAH Property Marketing, said: “We were super proud to host our second Babbasa Commercial Real Estate Insight Day today with our partners across the LGIM & Bellrock portfolio in Bristol attended by the most amazing young people – thank you to everyone who came along and we hope you found it as engaging and interactive as we did.”

The young professionals all have new connections, work experience opportunities & possible work opportunities too!”
